When asked ‘what is the price of greatness?’ I’m reminded of that age old retail response…. ‘if you have to ask you can’t afford it’. Thankfully people like me and you were afforded examples such as Martin Luther King Jr. who was willing to pay the price no matter the cost. Because he lived a life that valuable, I just want to take the time to pay my respects. And not just for the things he helped people to accept about themselves and others, but for showing me the true measure of a man. ‘The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.’
He gave this speech the day before he was assassinated:
Respect.

The King of style.
May he reign forever.
