Shipping

Battalion Armour uses USPS standard and UPS ground shipping. All shipments are sent fully insured. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number. Orders ship 24-48 hours from receipt].
Shipments to PO Boxes are not permitted. International shipping requires special handling and may require additional time. Please note that orders can occassionally be delayed due to unforseen circumstances.

Returns

All sales are final unless we shipped you the wrong product. In which event you must first contact us via email at returns@battalionarmour.com to receive a return material authorization [RMA]. If the item is returned unworn and in the original packaging we will exchange it with no additional charge for the item you original ordered. Items that appear to be worn or used may not be returned. We have a 15 day return period. - You must request an RMA within 15 days of the date of the original purchase. We then need to receive the product within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA.

Battalion Armour is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
