BLOX

I created this design from a shot I took of Linda Den wearing the new Battalion BLOX frames. I rarely draw on my photos in a way that doesn’t look real… I always strive to make you believe everything I do. So this concept was a bit out of the norm for me, but I couldn’t pass it up.
It’s often difficult to get models to do things that wont make them look beautiful. It actually makes a lot of sense. But that’s one of the reasons I like working with a model over and over again. After a few times you get into a place with them where they’ll try anything you ask because they know what you’re capable of. They begin to trust. That trust also then pushes you harder and farther than you were able to go. While ‘pushing it’ is always good, experience is knowing when ‘it’s’ there.
The BLOX frames she wears are not available yet and I can’t tell you where the idea of the milk came from. It happened fast as I was headed in a completely other direction with the shot. But it stuck in my head and I felt like it really captured the BLOX tag line: “Nothing can save you”

almost like dont cry over spilled milk….whats done is done “Nothing Can Save You”
Jus my theory …
or maybe she’s a vampire who exist in the day time being stabbed in the back with a crystal daggar and the silvery , white ooze within her bleeds out through her eyes
My imagination is too vivid….LOL
